Football Continues Work Heading into the Weekend

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama football team put together a two-hour practice in full pads on Thursday afternoon under clear skies on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.
The 3:30 p.m. CT session was the team's 22nd of 28 total leading up to the season opening contest in Arlington, Texas on Sept. 5. The Crimson Tide will kick off the 2015 campaign inside AT&T Stadium for the AdvoCare Classic against the Wisconsin Badgers. The two teams will meet on ABC with the game scheduled for a 7 p.m. CT kickoff.
Friday will be the Tide's final 3:30 p.m. session of the week before the team moves up to the 2:30 p.m. slot for Saturday's practice. Alabama will take Sunday off before starting game week preparations for the matchup with Wisconsin.
