Baseball Kicks Off Week Three of the Fall Season

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama baseball team returns to Sewell-Thomas Stadium for the third week of their fall workouts on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Crimson Tide will then scrimmage on Thursday and Friday afternoon to wrap up the week.
The Tide will have full team practices on Tuesday and Wednesday, beginning at 2:30 p.m. The team will hold its annual scout day on Thursday beginning at 2 p.m. Scout day provides an opportunity for the Tide's draft-eligible players to showcase their abilities in front of representatives from Major League teams. The team will play an intrasquad scrimmage for these scouts that afternoon, with first pitch scheduled for approximately 3 p.m.
The Tide will finish out the week with a second intrasquad game on Friday at 3:30 p.m. The team will not practice on Saturday this week because of Thursday's scrimmage on scout day.
Fans are invited to visit the right field pavilion to get an early look at the 2015 Crimson Tide baseball team, as all fall practices and scrimmages are open to the public. The weekly schedule will be posted on RollTide.com on a weekly basis.
With the renovations that are ongoing at Sewell-Thomas Stadium, fans may enter from behind centerfield and watch practices and scrimmages from the plaza seating area beyond the right field fence.
