Alabama Puts Finishing Touches on Tennessee Prep

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The football team practiced for roughly 90 minutes in shells Thursday afternoon inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Facility as the fourth-ranked Crimson Tide made final preparation for its visit to Tennessee's Neyland Stadium on Saturday.
Saturday's kickoff against the Volunteers is set for 6:36 p.m. on ESPN2. Joe Tessitore will handle the play-by-play duties with Brock Huard as the analyst and Shannon Spake on the sidelines. The game can also be heard on the Crimson Tide Sports Network.
Alabama is coming off one of the best offensive games in school history last Saturday at home against No. 21 Texas A&M with a 59-0 victory that included 602 yards with 304 through the air and 298 on the ground.
Alabama leads the all-time series with Tennessee, 50-38-7 (actual record 51-37-8), and has won seven straight in the series after a 45-10 victory in Tuscaloosa last season. The Tide has also won five straight in Tuscaloosa and three straight in Knoxville by an average score of 38.0-10.7.
