Softball Signees Earn State Player of the Year Honors

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Alabama softball signees Jadyn Spencer and Leslie Jury were both named Gatorade Players of the Year for their respective states, it was announced this week.
Spencer earned the honor for her home state of Iowa while Jury was named the South Carolina Player of the Year.
"We are all very excited about the success Leslie and Jadyn had during their high school careers," UA head coach Pat Murphy said. "To be named the state player of the year is a great honor for both. We can't wait to watch them in Crimson and White."
