JASPER, Ga. - The Alabama soccer team spent its third full day at the Big Canoe Resort in the North Georgia Mountains taking full advantage of the picturesque landscape by participating in some team-building activities throughout the day.
The Crimson Tide opened the day with a team-building adventure race at the lake on the resort. The team which was split into its three houses had to navigate different challenges along the beachfront and onto the Jeep Trail which accounted for about a two mile course.
In the evening Alabama reconvened for an intense soccer-tennis tournament. The team was split into 14 teams of two which played on seven different courts. The teams played seven different games before a playoff determined the winner.
The Tide will meet for one training session on Friday before heading to Atlanta to face Mercer on Saturday. The two teams will meet at the Tophat Soccer Complex at 2:00 p.m.
