
Men's Track Completes Day One at Meyo Invitational

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The men's track and field team completed day one of competition Friday at the Meyo Invitational.
"We got off to a slow start today," head coach Harvey Glance said. "Hopefully we can pick things up tomorrow."
In the 5,000m race, Stephen Payne finished 32nd with a time of 15:17.17. Paul Guevara also competed crossing the line in 33rd place with a time of 15:18.26.
Shaun Gaiser competed in the long jump finishing 15th with a leap of 22-09.75 while teammate Paul Wynn placed 16th with a jump of 22-06.50.
The men will head over to the track for the start of the men's 60m dash prelims set for 11:00 a.m. EST. Field events will also begin at 11:00 a.m.
