? JaMychal Green's 22 points was the second highest output of his career and his second career 20-point performance.
? Alabama had 17 assists and just 10 turnovers, the third straight game the Tide has had a positive assist to turnover ratio.
? In addition, of the 10 Alabama players that hit the floor, nine had a positive individual assist-to-turnover ratio.
? Alabama defeated its second straight previously unbeaten opponent as Baylor entered the game with a 4-0 record. Last Friday, Alabama defeated a 3-0 Providence squad.
? The Tide improved to 7-1 all-time against Baylor with its sixth straight win over the Bears.
? Freshman Tony Mitchell suffered a laceration to his forehead from an elbow while going up for a rebound with 7:10 left in the second half. Mitchell received stitches and returned to the team bench later in the half. His playing status for Friday's game will be evaluated on Friday.
? Anthony Brock returned to the lineup and scored nine points with two assists. While on the floor, the Crimson Tide outscored Baylor by 21 points.
? Mikhail Torrance went 8-of-9 from the line, continuing his streak of never missing more than one free throw in a game in his career.
