Rowing Featured at UA Get on Board Day Wednesday

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama Rowing team, the Crimson Tide's youngest varsity sport, will have a table at "Get on Board Day" Wednesday, Aug. 27, featuring information for those interested in becoming a UA student-athlete.
Now entering its third season as an NCAA varsity sport on the University of Alabama campus, the rowing team is looking for women who are athletic and committed to excellence to join the team. No prior rowing experience is required, just a desire to work hard and compete at the highest level. There will be an open tryout for those interested.
