Tide Will Host Basketball Coaches' Clinic

TUSCALOOSA - The University of Alabama will host the Alabama Basketball Coaches' Clinic on September 27, 2008. The clinic will cover individual player development, offensive fundamentals, building team defense and practice philosophy. It will be held at Coleman Coliseum, basketball home to the Crimson Tide.
Cost is $40 apiece for the first two coaches and for a third or additional coaches (three or more) from the same school, the cost is $20 apiece (for the third coach and any additional coaches). In addition to participating and learning from the clinic, coaches will receive a NIKE Dri-Fit coaches' shirt and an Alabama hat. A catered barbeque lunch is included in the entry fee as well. Participants can receive six hours of professional development (CU) credits for attending.
