SRO Tickets Remain for Saturday's Baseball Game

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - STANDING ROOM ONLY TICKETS REMAIN FOR SATURDAY'S ALABAMA VS. AUBURN BASEBALL GAME
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama Athletic Ticket Office has announced a sellout of all reserved seat tickets for Saturday's baseball game vs. Auburn at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. A limited number of standing room only seats are now available for the 3 p.m. (CDT) game. Those SRO tickets are $5 each and will be available for Saturday's game only.
Tickets are available today (Friday) at the Athletic Ticket Office windows in Coleman Coliseum until 5 p.m. After the ticket office closes for business on Friday, tickets may be purchased at the Sewell-Thomas Stadium ticket windows during Friday night's game. If SRO tickets remain on Saturday they will be available beginning at 1 p.m. at the Sewell-Thomas Stadium ticket windows. Tickets may only be purchased in person at the ticket window, they are not available via phone orders or via the Internet.
The series opens Friday with a 6:35 p.m. game and continues on Saturday, April 26, at 3 p.m. and Sunday, April 27, at 2 p.m. The Saturday game will be televised by FSN South as the "SEC Game of the Week". The series finale on Sunday will be televised by Comcast Sports Southeast. Alabama and Auburn are both in need of a series win this weekend. The Crimson Tide is in sole possession of second place in the SEC Western Division, one-half game ahead of third-place Arkansas, one game ahead of fourth-place Auburn and one and one-half games ahead of fifth-place LSU. The top two teams in each division are guaranteed a spot in the 2008 SEC Baseball Tournament, to be held at Regions Park in Hoover, Ala., on May 21-25.
