Tide's Hendrix Named AP All-SEC

TUSCALOOSA ?? University of Alabama junior forward Richard Hendrix was named Monday to the Associated Press All-Southeastern Conference men’s basketball team. Hendrix was voted 1st Team All-SEC by the league’s coaches last week as well.
The Athens native averaged 17.7 points and 10.1 rebounds in 2007-08 and was the only player in the SEC to average a double double in points and rebounds. His other honors this season have included making the all-district teams by both the National Association of Basketball Coaches and the United States Basketball Writers Association.
