Led Tupelo HS to a state runner-up finish as a senior after semifinal appearances in her sophomore and junior seasons
Mississippi state tournament All-Tournament team in 2005 and 2007
2006-07 All-State Preseason Dandy Dozen selection
Played for head coach Stephanie Murphy at Tupelo
Was also an All-State softball player, leading her team to a state championship as a senior while earning North Mississippi MVP  honors in her final two seasons
Also particpated in golf as a prep
Competed on the Alabama Roadrunners Nike Team in AAU action

National Honor Society inductee who had a 4.0 GPA in high school
