- Won his qualifier at Capital City Club’s Crabapple Coures in Woodstock, Ga., shooting 69-66/135, 5-under par, to get his invite into the 2007 U.S. Amateur field
- 2006 and 2007 Academic All-Southeastern Conference (marketing major)
- Competed in one tournament, as an individual, in 2006-07 (sophomore), the Belmont Invitational
- Shot 68-70-73/211 to finish T-18th at 2-under par at the Belmont Invitational
- Finished fourth at 2006 Rice Planters Amateur (72-70-71-67/280) at eight under par
- Competed in two tournaments in 2005-06
