TUSCALOOSA, Ala.- Junior libero Amy Pauly sat down after practice today to answer a few questions about herself.
Q: Who is your favorite athlete?
Amy: I am from Chicago so I have to go with Michael Jordan.
Q: What was your favorite cartoon growing up?
Amy: Recess
Q: What book are you currently reading?
Amy: Velocity by Dean Koontz
Q: What is your favorite movie?
Amy: Love and Basketball has always been one of my favorites but Tommy Boy is a classic.
Q: What is your favorite food?
Amy: Chicago style pizza is the best food ever!
Q: Where is your favorite place to go in Tuscaloosa?
Amy: The Starbucks at Target.
Q: If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Amy: Hawaii because it is so relaxing and sunny.
Q: What is the last movie you saw?
Amy: 1408.
Q: If you were a contestant on a game show, which one would you choose?
Amy: Don’t Forget the Lyrics, I love to sing.
Q: Who is your favorite actress/actor?
Amy: Denzel Washington.
Q: Which teammate would you nominate for American Idol?
Amy: Crystal Hudson would be the next American Idol.
Q: What sport would you play if you didn’t play volleyball?
Amy: Basketball is my second favorite sport.

Amy: Probably wide receiver because I’m fast and have good hands.

Amy: Oprah, she could rule the world if she wanted to.
Q: Why did you choose Alabama?
Amy: The great volleyball program and the weather.

Amy: Anything really because I am still getting used to her heavy Southern accent.

Amy: Carolina blue.

Amy: I would love to fly.
