TUSCALOOSA, Ala.- Alabama's senior middle blocker Crystal Hudson took time after completing her second day of practice to answer a few questions.
Q: Who is your favorite athlete?
Crystal: Ezekial Knight because he is big, quick and he can hit.
Q: What was your favorite cartoon growing up?
Crystal: Anamaniancs
Q: What book are you currently reading?
Crystal: Genvieve by Eric Jerome Dicky
Q: What is your favorite movie?
Crystal: Waiting to Exhale
Q: What is your favorite food?
Crystal: French fries, they always taste different.
Q: Where is your favorite place to go in Tuscaloosa?
Crystal: City Caf??, it's like eating a home-cooked meal.
Q: If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Crystal: Miami, I love the beaches, the pace of life and the nightlife!
Q: What is the last movie you saw?
Crystal: Transformers. Great movie!!
Q: If you were a contestant on a game show, which one would you choose?

Crystal: Actress - Brooks Webster/Actor ?? Jet Li

Crystal: Lindsey Buteyn. "That girl can sing!"
Q: What sport would you play if you didn't play volleyball?
Crystal: Basketball because it is my second love.
Q: Which football position do you think you would play?
Crystal: Corner, you can run and rush...I think.
Q: If you could switch places with anyone, who would it be?
Crystal: Nick Saban. I think I could handle it.
Q: Why did you choose Alabama?
Crystal: I loved the girls, the coaches and especially the CAVE.
Q: What is your favorite Coach Green saying?
Crystal: "You guys get the day off." Anything with the word off in it is good!
Q: Favorite color?
Crystal: Black
Q: If you could choose a super power, what would it be?
Crystal: I love toilet humor. I wish I could....you know...that would be hilarious!
Q: What is your favorite animal?
Crystal: A fish.

The Alabama volleyball squad wrapped up its second full day of practice today
"After seeing our team in a more competitive situation I like where we are right now, but we have a lot of improving to do," said Alabama head coach Judy Green. "It is important to remember our journey as a team is just beginning and we are a work in progress. Our two practices today gave us many more touches on the ball."
"We spent a great deal of time in the morning practice implementing our team defensive system and in the afternoon we devoted much time to serving and passing. All in all our staff felt today was a productive day in the gym."
The Crimson Tide opens its home season against Friday, August 31 at 12:30 p.m. against UAB in the Academy Sports Bama Bash.
