Happy Campers

Coleman Coliseum is a busy place every summer as literally hundreds of kids and teens come to the University of Alabama to participate in its sports camps. Men's basketball's "tip-off" camp was held Friday and Saturday with the annual Parent-Child Camp. At this camp dads and moms get the whole camp experience with their kids. Set up for beginners and skilled kids and parents alike, families leave this camp with ideas for drills and techniques they can use in their backyards all year round to help their son or daughter with their game.
Parent-Child Camp is the first of many Mark Gottfried and the Alabama coaching staff and players host in the month of June. For a list of camps offered in basketball or the Tide's other sports, including cheerleading, check out the camps and clinics link on the main page of this www.rolltide.com website.
