
Davidson and Hendrix Visit Local Preschool

TUSCALOOSA- Crimson Tide starters Jermareo Davidson and Richard Hendrix finished their own classes late Friday morning then headed to
“What did y’all learn in class today,”
“Nothing,” was one child’s quick reply as his classmates burst into giggles.
“Well, then what did you learn yesterday?” Davidson asked again.
“Gravity!” was the response.
Hendrix, a Freshman All-SEC forward last season who ranks in the top 11 in the league in scoring and rebounding this season, leaned forward in his chair to capture their attention as he addressed the children. “Have any of you ever seen Jermareo play basketball? Have you seen how he can fly into the air and dunk and make baskets? But how in the world does he get back down on the court? What keeps him from flying on?”

They even measured the height of each of kids using a “Jermareo Davidson Growth Chart,” attached to a wall of the classroom.
