Coach Murphy Says: "Alex's ball-off-the-bat speed could be the greatest on the team. She has a knack of getting the barrel of the bat on the ball most of the time. She also has one of the best arms in the infield on the team. If she can continue to improve defensively with her glove, she will be a major contributor to the team in her freshman year."
2006 Fall Highlights:
- Started three games at DH and third base
- Hit .286 (2-for-7) with four runs scored, one RBI and two walks
- Two runs scored and one RBI against Shelton State
- Scored two runs against Wallace Dothan

- All-Region (2004-06)
- Lackawanna League All-Star (2004-06)
- Led Valley View to back-to-back district championships (2004-05)
- Also a tennis standout going undefeated at 15-0 for second place in the district doubles as a junior (2005)
- Placed third in tennis district doubles in 2004
- Voted most athletic of senior class
