Women?s Basketball Team to Sign Autographs on Quad

TUSCALOOSA ?? The 2006-07 Alabama women’s basketball team will be available to the public on Saturday, Sept. 2, as part of the pre-game festivities for the opening of the football season in the newly renovated Bryant-Denny Stadium. The team will be signing autographs on the Quad from 4 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Fans are invited to stop by and meet the returning Tide players as well as the team’s seven newcomers, who make up second-year head coach Stephany Smith’s first recruiting class to the Capstone. Items to be autographed will be available at the Athletic Marketing Team Signing Tent just off University Boulevard to the east of Denny Chimes.
Kickoff for the Alabama-Hawai’i football game is slated for 6:07 p.m.
