
Tide star Steele `schooled' by basketball legend

Two Crimson Tide hoops players have been living the dream this week. All-SEC point guard Ronald Steele and All-SEC center Jermareo Davidson have been in Santa Barbara, Calif., working the invitation-only Jordan Camp---as in basketball legend Michael Jordan. Along with working the camp, Steele, a Birmingham native, has experienced a dream, playing pick-up games and guarding Jordan as well as getting coaching tips from the basketball great. He shared his experience in Wednesday's Birmingham News with News' sportswriter Doug Segrest.
