Prep: Higgenbotham missed most of his senior season after undergoing surgery to repair a torn ACL. He was a three-year starter for the Spartans. As a sophomore, Higgenbotham made 97 tackles from his inside linebacker spot. Last season he had 169 tackles and two interceptions in 14 games.
