2006 (Senior): Made his collegiate debut against Louisiana Monroe with four snaps. He played two snaps against Florida International and finished with one tackle.
2005 (Junior): Barger made his Crimson Tide debut in the dramatic 13-10 win at Ole Miss on Oct. 15 in Oxford.

Prep: An two-time All-County selection at Hillcrest High School, Barger caught 65 passes for 1,103 yards and eight TDs in his career. He played for coach Bart Harper.
Personal: He is the son of Lynn Barger and Sally Murphy. He has one sister, Janet and one brother Seth. He enjoys golf and baseball in his spare time. Born: 9-27-84.
