LINCOLN, Neb .--The No. 25 University of Alabama baseball team is making a historic visit to Lincoln, Neb., this weekend to face the No. 6 Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Alabama (13-3) is the first Southeastern Conference team to ever visit Lincoln in baseball.
All three games of the series will be shown on the internet at www.huskers.com and once on the Nebraska website, click on HuskersNSide to order the three games this weekend from Hawkes Field at Haymarket Park. Alabama fans will have to take a one month subscription to see the games and the cost is $9.95 for the monthly subscription.
The games will also be available via the internet at www.rolltide.com, with David Crane calling the action from Lincoln. The games will be aired in Tuscaloosa on WACT-AM (1420 AM "The Tusk"). The Crimson Tide Sports Network's schedule will depend upon the Crimson Tide's results at the 2006 SEC Men's Basketball Tournament in Nashville.
