The Crimson Tide women beat Arkansas 104-34 and fell to the Lady Gators 79-60 while the men fell to Florida 178-97.
"The kids did a really nice job of stepping up," head coach Eric McIlquham said. "They were racing today."
Alabama returns to action next weekend against Georgia and South Carolina in Columbia, S.C. It will be the Tide's last regular season meet before the championships get underway.
"The kids are starting to do a good job and get excited," McIlquham said. "They are doing a better job. We're starting to come back off our heaving training. We got touched out in a few races this week and we just have to get some fine tuning in, not just for next weekend, but for the SEC and NCAA Championships."
Senior Crystal Rasmussen won the one- and three-meter diving events by a combined 60-plus points, scoring a 290.10.off the one-meter board and 293.35 off the three-meter.
Junior Victoria Genova out-touched Florida's Mandy Huff 2:02.46 to 2:02.63.
Sophomore Erin Sparks won the 200 breaststroke by over a second, touching the wal at 2:19.83.
"Erin Sparks had a really good meet all the way around and Vanessa (Von der Heyde) looked pretty good out there in her events," McIlquham said.
Defending NCAA 200 breaststroke champion Vlad Polyakov won the 100 and 200 breaststroke with a 54.95 and 1:57.86 respectively. Sophomore Ryan Latone won the 200 freestyle with a 1:39.89.
