Oklahoma took game one of the 2005 Hampton Inn Bama Bash with a 3-0 sweep over the Indiana 30-28, 20-20 and 30-22. OU improves to 2-0 on the season while the Hoosiers drop to 1-2.
The Sooners controlled the match, recording 50 kills to only 30 for IU. Joanna Schmitt led the Sooners with 19 kills and a .567 hitting percentage.
Alabama and Loyola (Chi.) will begin play at 12:30.
