The staff person will provide handouts identifying the best route to get to your ticketed area.
Patrons who have tickets on the ADA Level will take the Pine Street route (the street that runs along the north construction fence line) to get to your seats. You can take the elevator by entering at Gate 37 of the East Tower or take the 31 spiral. Another option: If you choose, you can also enter at Gate 17, circle the concourse internally to exit out of Gate 34 and re-enter at Gate 37 of the East Tower.
Patrons who have tickets in the Student Section (South end zone) should take the Pine Street route (the street that runs along the north construction fence line) to get to their seats as well. You can enter through Gates 43 or 44 to access your ticketed area.
There will also be game workers positioned to assist you to and from your seated areas if needed. Please feel free to utilize those services!
Action Card Notice of Policy Change
Temporary Action Cards will now be issued during UA home football games from the main Action Card office located in Room 104, Student Services Center. On gamedays, the Action Card Office will be open from two hours prior to kick-off until the start of the fourth quarter in order to issue temporary Action Cards. For cardholders with no picture ID's available but needing to enter the stadium on a student ticket, this new process will allow verification against the picture in the video imaging system to ensure legitimacy and enhanced security.
Prohibited Behavior
Rowdy, threatening, or inconsiderate behavior such as standing in the aisles, portals or concourses, profane, intimidating, degrading, and abusive language, smoking in prohibited areas, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest, and/or loss of season ticket privileges. Throwing of any objects in the stands, including paper and plastic cups will also be prohibited. Should you observe any of this disruptive behavior, please notify your nearest law enforcement officer.
NCAA Policy prevents fans from entering the field of play unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
Enforcement
Individuals found violating any policies can be removed from the stadium. Non-students, while not affected by the Student Conduct Code, are subject to arrest and prosecution under applicable laws and state statutes. Students involved in such activities or other disruptive behavior will also be subject to disciplinary action through the Dean of Students Office and University of Alabama's Code of Student Conduct. Students enjoy the rights and privileges that they gain as a member of the university community and are subject to the responsibilities which accompany that membership.
City Ordinance Passed
The City of Tuscaloosa will begin ticketing patrons who ride Golf Carts on city streets during the weekend of Alabama home Football games. Please keep in mind that this is an ordinance passed by the City of Tuscaloosa, not the University of Alabama, and it will be strictly enforced.
