Coach Murphy Says: "Mallory came into the fall in much better shape and will be looked at in the outfield and at designated player. She continued to surprise us with her power despite her size. All three coaches agree that she is probably one of our top baserunners and without her last year, we probably don't win the SEC title."
2006 Fall Highlights:
- Started two games in left field and center field and played in all four contests
- 2-for-8 with three runs scored and one SB
- 1-for-1 with two runs scored against Wallace-Dothan, her former team
2006 (Junior):
- Excellent pinch-runner with 28 runs scored and 11 stolen bases
- Scored a run in her first three games with Alabama
- Recorded a run scored in five straight games from Apr. 1 - Apr. 8
- Hit pinch-hit doubles against Florida Atlantic and Auburn, 3-for-6 as pinch-hitter
- Started against Mississippi Valley State, Mississippi State and Arkansas
