Baseball Team To Hold Scrimmages This Week

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- The University of Alabama baseball team will hold three intrasquad games this week at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.
The Crimson Tide will scrimmage on Wednesday, Jan. 26, Thursday, Jan. 27 and Friday, Jan. 28. Practice will begin at 2 p.m. each day with the scrimmages beginning shortly thereafter.
Alabama will open the 2005 season in just over two weeks as they play a four-game series at the University of Hawai'i in Honolulu beginning Thursday, Feb. 10.
