Kretschman and Team USA Roll Past Team Canada, 7-0

Former University of Alabama All-America Kelly Kretschman picked up her Team USA leading third double of the Olympics and drove in her second run of the Games to help lead the USA Softball team to a 7-0 victory over Team Canada.
With the U.S. leading 3-0 in the bottom of the third inning, Kretschman doubled to center field to drive home Tairia Mims Flowers who had pinch run for catcher Stacey Nuveman.
Team USA tacked on two more runs in the fourth inning on back-to-back homeruns from Crystl Bustos and Lisa Fernandez before closing the game out in the bottom of the fifth on a Fernandez RBI single to end the game at 7-0.
Team USA improved to 5-0 in Olympic round robin play and plays host country Greece on Thursday at 4:00 a.m. CST. The contest can be seen on MSNBC.
