Former Tide All-American Ron Bramlett Competing Well

In Prague, Czech Republic, former University of Alabama national hurdling champion Ron Bramlett won the 110-meter hurdles in 13.43 seconds at the Josef Odlozil Memorial Grand Prix II meet Monday.
Morocco's Youssef Baba won the 1,500, finishing in 3:38.79. Darko Radomirovic of SerbiaMontenegro was second in 3:38.98 and Czech Michal Sneberger placed third in 3:39.46.
In the men's hammer, Koji Murofushi of Japan won with a distance of 268 feet, 9 inches, and South Africa's Janus Robberts won the shot put (6981/4).
Morocco's Bouchra Chaabi won the women's 5,000 in 15:21.32, and Virginie Fouquet of France took the 800 in 2:01.29.
Bramlett, along with former teammate and national long jump champion Miguel Pate, will be competing in the US Olympic Trials, July 9-18, to be held in Sacramento, California.
