--Georgia tied the SEC Tournament record for runs in a game with 11 runs scored.
--The Bulldogs recorded their third consecutive 50+ win season.
--Ashley Godfrey extended her school home run record to 12 with a home run in the second inning.
Mississippi State Notes
--Iyhia McMichael reached base safely for 37th consecutive game with a walk in the third inning.
--Melissa Massey dropped her first decision since an April 2 loss to Auburn. She had recorded eight straight wins.
--Tonight was Mississippi State's lowest hit total since tallying three hits at Chattanooga on March 16th.
--MSU has not won consecutive games at an SEC Tournament since the 1998 Tournament in which they advanced to the championship game.
--11 runs allowed by Bulldogs since a 15-13 loss to LSU on March 26, 2003.
