
Tide Soccer to Play in Charity Exhibition Against Auburn

The University of Alabama women’s soccer team travels to Hunstville this weekend to take on the Auburn Tigers in a charity match to help CCFA (Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America) raise community awareness as well as the necessary money needed to provide educational support and programs, and to fund research to find the cause and cure of Crohn’s & Colitis.
Alabama is currently 5-1-1 during its spring season and has allowed only one goal through seven matches.
There will be a raffle and giveaways throughout the event, along with some light entertainment.
Gates at the John Hunt Soccer Complex will open at 3:45 p.m., with a kick off ceremony at 4:00, there is a first game starting at 4:30 with Alabama and Auburn following up that match at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Tickets will be available at the gate. The costs of tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students (ID required over 18) and senior citizens and they are 100% tax deductible.
