Rachael Green is in her second season with the Alabama Volleyball team. A sophomore from Ooltewah, Tenn., Rachael plays the middle blocker position for the Tide. At 6-3, Rachael is the tallest player on the Bama roster and ranks among the SEC’s Top 10 in blocking this season. She ended her freshman season as a starter for the Tide and has started every match thus far this year. Rachael leads the team in blocking at 1.15 per game and is also averaging 1.74 kills a contest.
Rachael and her teammates look to rebound from a disappointing road trip last weekend with a pair of important SEC Western Division matches this weekend against LSU and Arkansas.
