Attached are 1st round results from the Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate hosted by the University of Alabama. The 2nd round is currently underway at Birmingham's Old Overton Club. Alabama is in 2nd place at 12 under par (272), four strokes behind No. 2 ranked Georgia. The Tide's Clint Provost and Mark Harrell both shot 66 in the opening round and are tied at 4th. Three players, Wake Forest's Kyle Reifers, Augusta State's Scott Jamieson and Georgia's Brendon Todd are tied for the lead and a stroke ahead of Alabama's players after carding scores of 65.
