CBS Asks for Option on Bama-Tennessee Game

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. --- CBS has exercised a six day option for its selection of games to be played on October 23, 2004. CBS will choose between the Alabama at Tennessee game and the Georgia at Arkansas game. ESPN (7:45 p.m. / ET) or ESPN2 (7:00 p.m. / ET) will choose the game that CBS does not select.
A final decision on the TV Schedule will be made on Sunday, October 17, 2004.
Listed below are the possible game selections for October 23, 2004:
JEFFERSON PILOT 12:30 ET FLORIDA @ MISSISSIPPI STATE
CBS 3:30 ET ALABAMA @ TENNESSEE
OR
GEORGIA @ ARKANSAS
ESPN (7:45 ET) OR ESPN2 (7:00 ET) ALABAMA @ TENNESSEE
OR
GEORGIA @ ARKANSAS
