Rohrer Named to Track Verizon Academic All-District Team

University of Alabama senior pole vaulter Brian Rohrer has been named a Verizon Academic First Team All-District IV performer.
Rohrer, a native of Vancouver, Washington, has a 4.00 in Biology and is competing in the NCAA Mideast Region Championships this weekend in Columbus, Ohio.
Rohrer is making his second straight appearance on the Verizon Academic All-District team. He was a Verizon Academic All-America performer last season.
The Verizon Academic All-District Team is part of the Verizon Academic All-America program. First team selections will appear on the national ballot for the Verizon Academic All-America Men's Track & Field/Cross Country. The All-America teams are to be announced on June 17.
