TUSCALOOSA -- The Alabama-Birmingham Southern baseball game scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at Sewell-Thomas Stadium was rained out.  A make-up game will be announced at a later date.

The Crimson Tide (9-3) will host the UMass Minutemen in a three-game series this weekend at the Joe, beginning Friday, Mar. 7 at 6:30 p.m.  The two teams also play Saturday, Mar. 8 at 4 p.m. and Sunday, Mar. 9 at 2 p.m.
