- Eighth in the 200m dash at the Big Ten Indoor Championships

- Was state champion on 100m and 200m in 1999 and 2000
- Three year De Salle track captain
- Voted 2002 KMOJ Radio Athlete of the Year
- Won 2nd place at the USATF National Junior Olympics in that 80m hurdles in 1995 and 1996
- In 1998, was runner up at the USATF National Junior Olympics in the 100m hurdles
- Athena Award recipient, presented to the top female athletes in Minnesota
