Women's Basketball to Hold Postseason Awards Reception

TUSCALOOSA-- The University of Alabama women's basketball team and its booster club, The Fastbreakers, are holding their annual postseason awards reception on Thursday, April 25 at 6:30 p.m. at the Country Club of Tuscaloosa.
The public is invited to attend the event at the cost of $10 per person. Current members of the Fastbreakers Club have already paid for their tickets. Alabama fans may reserve their spot at the event by contacting the Alabama Women's Basketball office at (205) 348-7077 or emailing nkelly@ia.ua.edu by Monday, April 22.
In addition to a light meal, the reception will also include award presentations to the players along with a highlight video presentation of the 2001-02 season that saw the Crimson Tide reach the quarterfinals of the WNIT Postseason tournament.
