Tide's Dudley & Williams Honored by Basketball Times

TUSCALOOSA - Basketball Times, a publication respected and subscribed to by college coaches and members of the United States Basketball Writers Association alike, has honored two University of Alabama basketball players.
Junior forward Erwin Dudley was named All-American, 3rd Team and guard Mo Williams was named All-Freshman, 2nd Team. Joining Dudley, the 2002 SEC Player of the Year and a AP All-America 3rd Team selection, on the Basketball Times third team were Arizona's Luke Walton, UConn's Caron Butler, Gonzaga's Dan Dickau and Oregon's Frederick Jones. First Team consisted of Maryland's Juan Dixon, Duke's Jason Williams and Mike Dunleavy, Kansas's Drew Gooden and Cincinnati's Steve Logan. The 2nd Team was comprised of Duke's Carlos Boozer, USC's Sam Clancy, Kansas' Kirk Hinrich, Marquette's Dwyane Wade and Xavier's David West.
