Grant Fausset, who has overseen the daily organization of Kristy Curry's programs for the past 10 seasons, recently finished his fifth year at Alabama.
In this position, Fausset is responsible for coordinating all travel; serving as the team liaison with equipment, facilities, housing, the business office, event management, marketing, athletics communications and nutrition; coordinating logistics for all official and unofficial visits and serving as the director of the team's booster club.
Fausset spent six seasons in the operations role at Texas Tech before joining Curry in the move to Tuscaloosa. Prior to that, he served as video coordinator for one season for the Lady Raiders.
This is Fausset's second stint in the state of Alabama as he spent one year as video coordinator at Auburn after serving in a similar capacity at Purdue under Curry.
Fausset also has experience working in the WNBA as he spent the summer of 2004 working as the equipment manager for the Seattle Storm.
Fausset graduated from Purdue in 2004 with a degree in agricultural communications and a minor in communications and completed his master’s degree in sports business management at Alabama in 2017. During his undergraduate years, he spent one year as a practice player before taking over the managerial role his last two years.
He and his wife Lindsey have two daughters, Bellamy and Giana, and a son, Tress.
