Crimson Tide Invitational Meet Information

Committed Teams
The 2027 Crimson Tide Invite will be composed of teams from the southeastern United States and other invited teams.
The 2027 Crimson Tide Invite is an Open Event. Meet management reserves the right to limit accepted entries in specific events if required by the time schedule.
Entry Information
Entries close on April 6, 2027 at 5 p.m. CT. Entries can be made through Direct Athletics. Unattached competitors must create an individual Direct Athletics account and enter themselves online ahead of the entry deadline. All entry fees paid are final and will not be refunded if an individual athlete is not accepted.
A list of accepted entries will be posted no later than April 6, 2027 at 8 p.m. CT.
Entry Restrictions
Two relay entries per team for the 4 x 100m and 4 x 400m with unlimited entries in all other events. Meet management reserves the right to limit accepted entries in specific events if required by the time schedule.
Entry Fee
$1,000 per team per gender (14 athletes or more paid on Direct Athletics only)
$35 per individual/unattached athlete (13 athletes or less paid on Direct Athletics only)
All entry fees must be paid on Direct Athletics ahead of the entry deadline. This applies to all team and individual/unattached entries.
Packet Pick-up
Packet pick-up will be in the press box in the main grandstand, accessed through the west end.Â
Pick-up Time
- Friday, April 9: Noon - 9 p.m.
- Saturday, April 10: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

PrimeTime Timing is the official meet timer.

Weigh-in
Located under the main grandstand.
Weigh-in Time
Friday, April 9: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. (hammer only)
Friday, April 9: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. (all other implements)
Saturday, April 10: 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. (shot-javelin-discus)
Implements must be checked in one hour prior to the event.
Facility Availability
The facility will be open for pre-competition workouts and warm-ups on Friday, April 9, 2027 and Saturday April 10, 2027.
Friday, April 9
5 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.: Track is Open
No jumps practice
No hammer practice
Saturday, April 10
8 a.m. - 9 a.m.: Track is open
1 p.m. - 2 p.m.: Hurdle warm-up

Event Check-In
- Running events: 10 min before at clerk
- Field events: 60 min before with head official
Competition Warm-up
Hank Crisp Indoor Facility will be TBD. The grass practice fields North of the venue will be made available for warm-ups.
Runway Markings
Only athletic tape allowed. Chalk is not permitted.
