Tide Loyalty Points Registration
Step 1: Download the TLP App on your mobile device
Step 2: Use the following as your TLP login.
- Username: Your Crimson email ending in @crimson.ua.edu
- Password: Your CWID
All accounts must be set-up with a crimson.ua.edu email account. If an account is set up with a personal email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) your account will not work and will be deleted.
Step 3
- Once an event takes place, use your phone's "Settings" menu, scroll to find the Tide Loyalty app
- Within the Tide Loyalty location settings, choose whether to allow location access "always" or "while using the app"
- If "always" is selected, you will automatically earn points for attending events and for staying until the fourth quarter of football games. Points will display within five minutes of entering the venue.
- If "while using the app" is selected, you must open the app after entering the venue to earn points for attending events. For football games, you must open the app again after the start of the fourth quarter to earn fourth quarter points.
- Within the Tide Loyalty location settings, turn on the "Precise Location" button.
Step 4: Choose the sports you would like to follow and the clubs/organizations you are involved in on campus to set up your profile
Step 5: Enable push notifications so you never miss out accruing Tide Loyalty Points
Step 6: Within the "More" tab, you will find a link to access MyBama, a notifications page, and the chance to edit your name, picture ID, phone number and overall profile
Step 7: Check out the "Events" tab for all the latest TLP opportunities.
Step 8: Check out the "Activity" tab to check your point totals. Then let out a big, "ROLL TIDE!"
