Tide Loyalty Points Appeals Process
To appeal your Tide Loyalty Points if you are not awarded points at an event you must:
Step 1: Go into the TLP app and click on the "Appeals" tab.
Step 2: Select the event you would like to appeal using the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Specify what type of appeal you would like to submit. For general attendance appeals, click the General Attendance box and a check mark will appear. For 4th Quarter Bonus appeals, click the 4th Quarter Bonus box and a check mark will appear. For both, click on both boxes and check marks will appear in both boxes.
Step 4: Upload a photo using the following guidelines supporting your appeal request:
- You must be present in the photo.
- You must be in the student section with the scoreboard in the background.
- If you are appealing 4th Quarter Bonus, upload a photo of yourself in the student section with the scoreboard in the background during the 4th quarter of the game you are appealing.
Your appeal will not be approved if you, the score, the quarter, and the opponent are not visible in your uploaded photo or if the appeal is not submitted within the time frame.
Then click the "Submit Approval" button.
To appeal missing points after the game has concluded, please submit an official appeal by 11:59 p.m. CT the day after kickoff/first pitch/first vault/tip-off/first volley on the app. The Student Government Association in conjunction with Alabama Athletics Marketing will review your appeal and, if approved, manually add the missing points to your account.
