Downloading Mobile Tickets to a Phone
The Alabama Athletics TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office is excited to announce the rollout of digital ticketing via the Alabama Crimson Tide mobile app which will provide a safe fan experience with quick and convenient entry on gameday. The shift to digital ticketing will also reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets while providing the ability to easily manage, transfer, or sell your tickets at any time from your smartphone. The following items will be issued via digital delivery:
- Season Tickets
- Home Single Game Tickets
- Neutral Site Tickets
- Away Game Tickets
- Parking Passes
- Meal Passes (Stadium Club, Scholarship Club, & A-Club Room)
Fans will be able to manage their tickets on their smartphone via the Alabama Crimson Tide mobile app or online at RollTide.com/MyAccount. It is strongly encouraged that all fans download their tickets prior to gameday. Just prior to reaching the gates, fans will simply open their digital wallet on their smartphone, select their game tickets or parking passes, and hold their smartphone near the scanner.
Additionally, season ticket holders (excluding UA faculty/staff & students) will still have the ability to post their tickets on StubHub, the official fan-to-fan marketplace of Alabama Athletics, or transfer tickets to a friend, in the event they are unable to attend.
Also note, Print-at-Home tickets (PDF copies) will no longer be available as we focus on contactless entry into the stadium. Likewise, mobile tickets are only valid when presented on a smartphone. Printed copies of QR codes will not be accepted. In the event that you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Alabama Athletics TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office in advance of gameday for options.

Download the App
Accessing Your Tickets
1. Download the Alabama Crimson Tide app on your iOS or Android device.
2. The mobile app may ask you to create a login. This is to manage the app features like sports you follow and schedule notifications. This is different than the login for your Alabama Athletics Ticket Account.
3. Click Tickets in the menu on the bottom right of the app and choose Manage Tickets.
4. Sign into your Alabama Athletics Ticket Account with your TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office account number and password. This is different than the app login.
5. From the My Tickets home page, select the game you're attending to access your tickets.
6. Choose Add to Wallet or Transfer to send to another user.
7. Open your phone's mobile wallet to have your ticket ready to scan at the gate on gameday.
Transferring Your Tickets
1. From the My Tickets page, select the game to access your tickets.
2. Select Transfer.
3. Check the box next to the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer.
4. Enter the mobile number or email address of the person you'd like to receive the tickets.
5. Review the transfer and select Transfer Tickets at the bottom of the screen.
Accepting a Transfer
1. The recipient will receive a text message or email with a link to accept the transfer.
2. They'll be asked to log in or create a new Alabama Ticket Office account.
3. The individual can accept or decline the transfer. A user has 48 hours to accept a transfer. Once accepted, fans should add the tickets to their mobile wallet and have them ready to scan on gameday.
