Accessible Seating
Patrons who require accessible seating needs may utilize the ADA platform areas located throughout the Brickyard.
Accessible seating that is located throughout the chair-back and bleacher seating areas is sold on a package basis, so we do not encourage patrons to sit in these locations.

Crimson Tide Sports Marketing (CTSM) solely represents the University of Alabama. In complete collaboration with the university, this locally based Learfield team is committed to extending the affinity of the Alabama brand to businesses and corporations of all sizes looking to align with the undeniably loyal and passionate collegiate fan base. As exclusive multimedia rightsholder for the Alabama Crimson Tide, CTSM manages all aspects of the rights relationship, providing corporate partners both traditional and new media opportunities with the university. They can bolster their own brand and garner maximum exposure through such inventory as venue signage; event sponsorships and promotion; corporate hospitality; radio and television; digital engagement and visibility via the official athletics website.
Animals
It is the policy of UA to ensure that people with disabilities who require the use of service animals (collectively referred to as "Assistance Animals") as a reasonable accommodation receive the benefit of the work or tasks performed by such animals. Support Animals, sometimes referred to as Emotional Support Animal (ESAs), Therapy Animals and/or Companion Animals, are not Service Animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). As such, service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are welcome within Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium. All other animals are prohibited apart from specifically approved events.

ATM Locations
Rhoads Stadium does not have an ATM. However, all concession stands accept both credit and debit cards. Please note all concession stands at Rhoads Stadium are cashless.

Bag Policy
For quickest entry into the stadium, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on gameday. If a bag is necessary, the bag must meet the following criteria in order to enter the stadium:
- Bags that are CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12.", or 1-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags that are 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
- Exceptions will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the gate.

Bag Searches
All guests will be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entering the stadium. All permissible bags per the policy of the event will be permitted into the stadium after a thorough inspection by security personnel. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security personnel to shift and possibly remove the contents.
Banners, Signs, & Flags
Handheld banners, signs and flags are permitted within Rhoads Stadium, provided they are not affixed to a pole and not commercial, political, or offensive in nature. However, banners may not be hung in the stadium and must be small enough to be handheld and not obstruct the view of others or cover stadium signage or scoreboards. Event security reserves the right to remove these items from your possession if deemed inappropriate for any and all reasons. See Prohibited Items.
Binoculars
Binoculars are permitted to be carried into the facility. Non-clear binocular cases are not permitted into the facility per the Clear Bag policy.
Bottles & Cups
Guests are permitted to bring empty, non-glass, bottles/cups into the stadium.
Brickyard
General admission tickets to the Brickyard (including students) must enter through Gate 5 or 6. ADA seating is available in the Brickyard (enter at Gate 5).
Chairs, strollers, and wagons are allowed in the Brickyard only and not permitted to leave the designated Brickyard area. Umbrellas, chairs with umbrellas, chairs with canopies, or pods are allowed in the back row of the Brickyard only and must not block the walkway, stairway, handicap section, or any fan's line of sight. These items are not permitted to leave the designated Brickyard area.
Cameras & Video Equipment
Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at Rhoads Stadium. Tripods, mono pods, "selfie sticks" and cameras with a lens longer than 6" (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices are prohibited. See Prohibited Items.
Cell Phone Chargers
Individual cell phone chargers, including the charging block/cord and external rechargeable battery pack varieties, are permitted. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the device's operational use to security personnel upon request.
Child Ticketing Policy
Every person entering the stadium must have a ticket, regardless of age (including infants).

Computers/Tablets
Laptop computers are not permitted within Rhoads Stadium. Tablets (e.g. iPads) are permitted if they are smaller than 12"x12"x6" in size and can be powered on during the security screening if requested. See Prohibited Items.
Concessions
Levy Restaurants is the concessionaire for Rhoads Stadium.
Credit Cards
All Rhoads Stadium concession stands and retail stores accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards.
Outside Food and Drink
Food and drink are not allowed to be brought into the stadium. We ask that fans either leave any prohibited food or drink items inside their vehicle or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. Exceptions will be made for approved medically necessary snack items.

Coolers and Hard-Sided Containers
Coolers and hard-sided containers are prohibited per the Clear Bag Policy.

Diaper Bags
Diaper bags are only permissible if they are clear and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Each member of a family, including children, will be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse. Demonstrated in the images below, all necessary items typically carried in a diaper bag can fit within an approved clear bag.

Drones
For the safety of our guests and visitors, with limited exceptions, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at and around Rhoads Stadium is strictly prohibited during Gameday activities. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. If you have questions, please contact Compliance, Ethics, and Regulatory Affairs.
Emergencies & Evacuation Procedures
In the event of an emergency, all Event Staff and Emergency Services personnel are available to assist guests in evacuating the stadium. It is a good idea to identify two emergency exits closest to your seat location. Families and groups should pre-designate a meeting location outside of the stadium in the event of an evacuation. Guests are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of stadium event staff and the public address announcer.

Entrances
Reserved tickets may enter through Gate 1 or 2.
General admission tickets to the Brickyard (including students) must enter through Gate 5 or 6.
Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are reserved for the use of guests with small children and guests with disabilities. Family restrooms are located along the First Base Plaza.
First Aid
First Aid is located along the First Base Plaza, behind Section C. Guests in need of first-aid assistance should immediately contact an Event Staff member or nearest stadium employee. EMTs are available on-site to respond to medical emergencies.
Food & Drink
Food and drink are not allowed to be brought into the stadium.
We ask that fans either leave any prohibited food or drink items inside their vehicle or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. Exceptions will be made for approved medically necessary snack items.
Gate Opening Time
All gates open 1 hour before first pitch. All guests should enter at the Gate listed on their ticket. This will expedite their entry and be the closest entrance to their seat location.
Game Programs
Game programs can be found in the concourse inside Gate 2, behind Section D, and directly inside Gate 5 while supplies last.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located in the Press Box. Please contact Event Staff personnel for assistance.
Lost Children & Persons
A lost person should be brought to the First Aid Room located along the First Base Plaza, behind Section C, near Gate 2. You may also notify the nearest Event Staff personnel to further assist you.
Media Entrance
The Media Entrance is located at Gate 2 on the 1st base side of Rhoads Stadium. Only members of the media with proper credentials may use this entrance. Upon entering, bags will be inspected and tagged accordingly. Alabama Athletics Communications Department can be reached at 205-348-6084.
Medical Bags
Medical bags or special medical equipment can be screened at any security entrance. Guests that have these items should report to the gate designated on their ticket and identify their need to the security personnel working the metal detectors.
Merchandise & Apparel
Alabama merchandise and souvenir area can be found inside Gate 1, behind Section E.
Noisemakers
Noise making devices are not permitted inside Rhoads Stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, items like air horns, cowbells and whistles.
Parking
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited inside Rhoads Stadium:
- Animals (service animals are permitted)
- Artificial noisemakers (bells, horns, whistles, cow bells, etc.)
- Banners/Flags/Signs commercial, political, or offensive in nature
- Cameras with telephoto lenses over 6" long
- Cans/glass bottles (empty plastic/metallic cups or bottles are permitted)
- Seat backs larger than a single seat (16" wide)
- Clear bags over 12" x 6" x 12" & Non-clear bags over 4 1/2" x 6 1/2", including coolers
- Outside food and/or drink, including alcohol (Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.)
- Large electronics
- Selfie Sticks/Tripods/Poles
- Strollers/Carseats/Non-ADA compliant mobility devices
- Umbrellas
- Weapons and firearms and/or any other item deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate or suspicious in nature
Re-Entry
In accordance with University of Alabama and SEC policies, once admitted to the stadium, no ticket holder shall be permitted to leave and re-enter the facility on that ticket. A valid, unscanned ticket is required for every entry into Rhoads Stadium.
Scalping/Resale of Tickets
Fans that purchase tickets from someone other than through the University of Alabama Athletics Ticket Office do so at their own risk and with the understanding that the tickets could be counterfeit. UA Athletics is not responsible for, and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchase through a secondary ticket provider. Please report any potential illegal scalping activity to the nearest Police Officer.
Security Screening Policy
All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside Rhoads Stadium along with inspection of all approved clear bags and carry-in items. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the bag search will be denied entry.
SEE Something, SAY Something
The, "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign, is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline team members in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. If you See Something, Say Something! To report suspicious activity, see the nearest Event Staff employee or Security Officer or call 9-1-1.

Selfie Sticks are not permitted inside Rhoads Stadium. See Prohibited Items.
Signs
Smoking Policy
The University of Alabama is a Smoke Free Campus. All forms of smoking are prohibited on campus, including electronic cigarettes.
Solicitation Policy
Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, and/or ejection.
Strollers/Carseats
Strollers/Carseats/Non-ADA compliant mobility devices are not permitted into Rhoads Stadium. See Prohibited Items.

Coleman Coliseum Ticket Office: Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (holidays or University closures may affect these hours).
Gameday
Ticket windows at Rhoads Stadium will open 1 hour prior to first pitch.

Umbrellas
For safety and line-of-sight reasons, umbrellas are not allowed in Rhoads Stadium. Please leave umbrellas in your vehicle prior to entering the stadium. See Prohibited Items.
Weapons & Firearms
Weapons and firearms of all kinds are prohibited at Rhoads Stadium with the exception of Law Enforcement officials whom are in uniform and are working the event. See Prohibited Items.
Weather
In the event of inclement weather, (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the message boards when possible.
Postponed Games
All paid admission tickets to a postponed University of Alabama softball game are good for the announced make-up game. If attending the announced make-up game, the original ticket is used for entry to the stadium. No refunds will be given.
Cancelled Games
Refunds will be issued for any cancelled games. All refunds will be issued at the end of the season.
