Advertising & Promotions
Crimson Tide Sports Marketing (CTSM) solely represents the University of Alabama. In complete collaboration with the university, this locally based Learfield team is committed to extending the affinity of the Alabama brand to businesses and corporations of all sizes looking to align with the undeniably loyal and passionate collegiate fan base. As exclusive multimedia rightsholder for the Alabama Crimson Tide, CTSM manages all aspects of the rights relationship, providing corporate partners both traditional and new media opportunities with the university. They can bolster their own brand and garner maximum exposure through such inventory as venue signage; event sponsorships and promotion; corporate hospitality; radio and television; digital engagement and visibility via the official athletics website.
Alcohol
Fans must be 21 to purchase and show valid proof of identification. IDs will be check at time of purchase, and there is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per transaction. Sales of beer and wine will conclude at the completion of the third quarter. Fans must dispose of their alcoholic beverages or empty bottles/cans in recycle bins prior to exiting. Non-alcoholic beverages & containers (water bottles, souvenir cups, etc.) can be carried out of the facility freely.
Animals
It is the policy of UA to ensure that people with disabilities who require the use of service animals (collectively referred to as "Assistance Animals") as a reasonable accommodation receive the benefit of the work or tasks performed by such animals. Support Animals, sometimes referred to as Emotional Support Animal (ESAs), Therapy Animals and/or Companion Animals, are not Service Animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). As such, service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are welcome within Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium. All other animals are prohibited apart from specifically approved events.

ATM Locations
The Cadence Bank ATM is located in the northwest concourse near the TIDE PRIDE/Ticket Office doorway. Please note all concession stands at Coleman Coliseum are cashless.
Bag Policy
For quickest entry into the facility, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on gameday. If a bag is necessary, the bag must meet the following criteria in order to enter the stadium:
- Bags that are CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12", or 1-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags that are 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
- Exceptions will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the security checkpoint.

Bag Searches
All guests will be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entering the facility. All permissible bags per the policy of the event will be permitted into the facility after a thorough inspection by security personnel. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security personnel to shift and possibly remove the contents.
Banners, Signs, & Flags
Handheld banners, signs and flags are permitted within Coleman Coliseum, provided they are not commercial, political, or offensive in nature. However, banners may not be hung in the facility and must be small enough to be handheld and not obstruct the view of others or cover facility signage or scoreboards. Event security reserves the right to remove these items from your possession if deemed inappropriate for any and all reasons. See Prohibited Items.
Binoculars
Binoculars are permitted to be carried into the facility. Non-clear binocular cases are not permitted into the facility per the Clear Bag policy.
Cameras & Video Equipment
Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at Coleman Coliseum. Tripods, mono pods, "selfie sticks" and cameras with a lens longer than 6" (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the facility. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices are prohibited. See Prohibited Items.
Cell Phone Chargers
Individual cell phone chargers, including the charging block/cord and external rechargeable battery pack varieties, are permitted. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the device's operational use to security personnel upon request.
Child Ticketing Policy
Every person entering the facility must have a ticket, regardless of age (including infants).
Closed Captioning
Closed captioning is available on both baseline videoboards.
Code of Conduct
Computers/Tablets
Laptop computers are not permitted within Coleman Coliseum. Tablets (e.g. iPads) are permitted if they are smaller than 12"x12"x6" in size and can be powered on during the security screening if requested.
Concessions
The concession stands at Coleman Coliseum will remain open until the game ends. The NE and SE stands will be open for SEC games with the NE stand being the only concession stand open during non-conference play.

Diaper Bags
Diaper bags are only permissible if they are clear and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Each member of a family, including children, will be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse. Demonstrated in the images below, all necessary items typically carried in a diaper bag can fit within an approved clear bag.

Drones
For the safety of our guests and visitors, with limited exceptions, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at and around Coleman Coliseum is strictly prohibited during Gameday activities. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. If you have questions, please contact Compliance, Ethics, and Regulatory Affairs.
Elevators
Guests needing assistance with higher row seating may utilize the elevator in the North Lobby.
Emergencies & Evacuation Procedures
In the event of an emergency, all Event Staff and Emergency Services personnel are available to assist guests in evacuating the facility. It is a good idea to identify two emergency exits closest to your seat location. Families and groups should pre-designate a meeting location outside of the facility in the event of an evacuation. Guests are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of Event Staff and the public address announcer.

Entrances
Public tickets (non-students) may enter at any of the primary door locations: North, East, South, & West.
Guests with floor seating (“FL” tickets), may enter at any of the primary door locations: North, East, South, & West, as well as, the Northeast Rotunda entrance.
All UA Students must enter at the West Doors. UA Students requiring an accessible entrance may use the North Doors.
Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are reserved for the use of guests with small children and guests with disabilities. Should you need a family restroom facility, please visit our First Aid room behind Sections N & O in the southeast concourse area.
First Aid
First Aid is located behind Sections N & O in the southeast concourse area. Guests in need of first-aid assistance should immediately contact an Event Staff member or nearest Coliseum employee. EMTs are available on-site to respond to medical emergencies.
Food & Drink
Food and drink are not allowed to be brought into the facility.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located in the Building Manager's office (room #203) in the northeast concourse. Please contact Event Staff personnel for assistance or call 205-348-9832.
Media Entrance
Media will-call is located inside the southeast entryway. Upon entering, bags will be inspected and tagged accordingly. Alabama Athletics Communications Department can be reached at 205-348-6084.
Medical Bags
Medical bags or special medical equipment can be screened at any security entrance. Guests that have these items should identify their need to the security personnel.
Merchandise & Apparel
A merchandise stand is available in the Northeast concourse area, behind Section G.
Noisemakers
Noise making devices are not permitted inside Coleman Coliseum. This includes, but is not limited to, items like air horns, cowbells and whistles.
Nursing Stations
Patrons requiring a private Nursing Station may visit our First Aid room located behind Sections N&O in the southeast concourse area.
Parking
There is no reserved parking for Women's Basketball.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited inside Coleman Coliseum:
- Animals (service animals are permitted)
- Artificial noisemakers (bells, horns, whistles, cow bells, etc.)
- Banners/Flags/Signs commercial, political, or offensive in nature or fixed to a pole
- Cameras with telephoto lenses over 6" long
- Seat backs larger than a single seat (16" wide)
- Clear bags over 12" x 6" x 12" & Non-clear bags over 4 1/2" x 6 1/2"
- Large electronics (tablets are permitted)
- Coolers
- Outside food and/or drink (Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.)
- Selfie Sticks
- Strollers/Carseats and non-ADA compliant mobility devices
- Video recorders or camcorders
- Weapons and firearms &/or any other item deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate or suspicious in nature
Re-Entry
In accordance with University of Alabama and SEC policies, once admitted to Coleman Coliseum, no ticket holder shall be permitted to leave and re-enter the facility on that ticket. A valid, unscanned ticket is required for every entry into Coleman Coliseum.
Scalping/Resale of Tickets
Fans that purchase tickets from someone other than through the University of Alabama Athletics Ticket Office do so at their own risk and with the understanding that the tickets could be counterfeit. UA Athletics is not responsible for, and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchase through a secondary ticket provider. Please report any potential illegal scalping activity to the nearest Police Officer.
Security Screening Policy
All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside Coleman Coliseum along with inspection of all approved clear bags and carry-in items. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the bag search will be denied entry.
SEE Something, SAY Something
The, "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign, is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline team members in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. If you See Something, Say Something! To report suspicious activity, see the nearest Event Staff employee or Security Officer.

Selfie Sticks are not permitted inside Coleman Coliseum. See Prohibited Items.
Signs
Smoking Policy
The University of Alabama is a Smoke Free Campus. All forms of smoking are prohibited on campus, including electronic cigarettes.
Solicitation Policy
Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, and/or ejection.
Strollers/Carseats
Strollers/Carseats are not permitted into the facility. See Prohibited Items.

Umbrellas
As a courtesy to our guests, umbrellas are allowed inside Coleman Coliseum so long as they fit under your ticketed seat location and are clear of all walkways.
Weapons & Firearms
Weapons and firearms of all kinds are prohibited at Coleman Coliseum with the exception of Law Enforcement officials whom are in uniform and are working the event. See Prohibited Items.
Weather
In the event of inclement weather, (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the message boards when possible.
