The mission of the Crimson Tide D.R.I.V.E. For Success Program is to actively support professional and leadership growth of current and former Crimson Tide student-athletes through practical education and comprehensive programming in preparation for success in life.

Open in 2013, The Susan & Gaylon McCollough A-Club Career and Leadership Development Center is a first-class facility located in the heart of the Bill Battle Academic Center. Student-athletes are able to utilize this space for major, graduate school, and career exploration, as well as small group career and leadership development sessions with the D.R.I.V.E. For Success staff.
