- What is Big Al's Kids Club? What are the benefits of joining?

Big Al's Kids Club is the official Kids Club of Alabama Athletics and free for all kids 12 and under. It exists to provide opportunities for children to engage with Alabama Athletics in a meaningful and fun way. Through Big Al's Kids Club, children will receive exclusive BAKC prizes and discounts for Alabama Athletics Tickets. Children will be encouraged to attend Big Al's Kids Club nights and get their passport stamped. Not to mention members will receive a personal invitation to Big Al's Birthday Party!

It is $20 and a membership box is shipped right to your door immediately upon registration. Your Big Al's Kids Club Credential acts as your "keys to the kingdom" at Alabama Athletics! This will also allow your child access to areas exclusive to Big Al's Kids Club members at select events. Like, the exclusive tour of Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium through Crimson Tide Access (additional tickets for family members to be purchased separately).
Special add-ons for single game tickets would be available on the FEVO page for free and paid members! The offer for a discounted child's season ticket for the paid tier would also be offered on the FEVO page.

- Big Al's Kids Club is available for all children 12 years of age and younger.

- When you become a member, you will immediately receive access to discounted tickets and offers to various athletic events throughout the year!
- How long does my membership last?
- Your Big Al's Kids Club membership will last a full calendar year. If you join today, your membership will last until June 30th and can immediately be renewed on July 1st. (July 1st - June 30th of every calendar year.)
- How do I join Big Al's Kids Club?
- Join Big Al's Kids Club and follow the prompts for registration for your child to become an official member of Big Al's Kids Club!
- Where is Big Al's Kids Club table located at athletic events?

The Big Al's Kids Club table will be on the concourse at all Big Al’s Kids Club Nights at various sporting events.
- I have more than one child that wants to be a Big Al's Kids Club member. How do I register both?

Be sure to select the number of tickets that correlates with how many children you want to purchase a membership for.
- What if I cannot get tickets to attend the games? Do I still get a ticket because I am a member?
- Unfortunately, tickets are not guaranteed and only available until sold out. We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance of gameday.
- Do I get priority access to tickets if I am a member?
- No, tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. However, you will receive discounted tickets for select events.
- Do I get a discount on tickets if I am a Big Al's Kids Club Member?

Yes! All Big Al's Kids Club Members will receive a discount on tickets for select games. These opportunities will be sent to you via email when they arrive.
- Where can I find my Big Al's Kids Club discount to purchase tickets?
- You will be emailed about the discount opportunities. All discounted tickets will also be available on the Big Al's Kids Club FEVO page.
- Why is my discount not working?

- Will my children ever be away from me for any reason upon joining Big Al's Kids Club? If so, who oversees taking care of them?
- No, your child will never be pulled away from you or asked to be apart from their parent at any time. Every child must always be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
- Can I drop my child off at a Big Al's Kids Club event and pick them up when it is over?
- Every child at a home athletic event must always be accompanied by their parent or guardian. You may not drop your child off at a Big Al's Kids Club event and pick them up when the event is over.
- My child just turned 13, can they still be a part of Big Al's Kids Club?
- Once a child turns 13, they will no longer be a member of Big Al's Kids Club. However, they will officially be the Crimson Tide's biggest official fan! ROLL TIDE!
- My child cannot come to many events because we live far away. Should I still sign them up?
- Yes! Absolutely sign your child up even if you live far away. They will receive the most up to date information on all things Alabama Athletics through their email. They will also receive emails from Big Al himself!
- It is my child's birthday; can Big Al sit with them during the game?
- Unfortunately, he cannot sit with your child specifically at any home event due to the number of birthday requests he receives.
- I do not see my question in the FAQs. Is there someone I can contact?
- As a matter of fact, Big Al's Secretary and Personal Assistant is always ready to assist! Just email kidsclub@ia.ua.edu and they will get back to you soon!
