2021 Outdoor Season
- Two-time SEC Champion, winning the 10,000-meters and the 3,000-meter steeplechase
- Ran a career-best time of 8:47.18 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the SEC Championships, sixth-fastest time in program history
- First Crimson Tide runner to win the SEC title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase since 2006
- Awarded silver in the 10k at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 28:23.60
- Ran in the men's 5k with a first place finish (14:02.94) to start the season at the Jaguar Opener

2019 Cross Country
- Finished 5th in the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a 10k time of 30:43.50
- Finished 2nd in the NCAA Cross Country South Regionals with a 10k time of 29:49.90
- Finished 1st in the SEC Cross Country Championships with an 8k time of 22:51.60
- Finished 1st in his 2019 season debut at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a 5-mile time of 23:09.88

2019 Indoor Season
- Finished 5th in the 5000 meters at the NCAA Indoor Championship with a time of 13:47.38
- Finished 6th in the 3000 meters at the SEC Indoor Championship with a time of 8:07.32. Also finished 3rd in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:12.17
- Finished 8th in the 5000 meters at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 13:41.21
2017-18
2018 Outdoor Season
- Earned first-team All-America honors in the 10,000 meters and second-team accolades in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships finishing second in the 10,000 meters in 28:34.99 and ninth in the 5,000 meters in 13:59.60
- Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 5,000 meters (13:55.35) and 10,000 meters (29;16.49) at the NCAA East Preliminary
- Won conference titles in the 10,000 meters (29:16.64) and 5,000 meters (13:48.49) at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The 10k title was part of a 1-2-3 Tide finish with teammates Alfred Chelanga (second) and Gilbert Kigen (third)
- Finished third in the 5,000 meters at the Cardinal Classic with a personal best time of 13:37.92 that ranks No. 2 all-time at Alabama
- Won the 10,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational on March 30 with a personal-best time of 28:19.07, the second-fastest time in school history
2018 Indoor Season
- Earned All-America honors at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with a second-place finish in the 5,000 meters in 14:15.01. The finish is the first in the top-two in the event for the Tide at the NCAA meet since 2001
- One of four Tide runners who contributed to a 31-point performance by UA in the 3,000 and 5,000 at the SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships
- Finished third in the 3,000 meters at the SEC meet with a personal best time of 7:55.79 and placed third in the 5,000 meters with a time of 13:50.31
- Finished third in the 5,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic with a personal-best time of 13:40.97
- Finished second in the 3,000 meters at the Bob Pollock Invitational with a time of 8:07.10
- Made his season debut at the Vanderbilt Invitational and finished second in the 3,000 meters in 8:03.91
2017 Cross Country
- Finished seventh at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-America honors with a time of 29:27.13 over the 10k course
- Finished fourth at the NCAA South Regional with a time of 30:05.9 over the 10k course to earn All-Region honors
- Won the SEC Cross Country Championship with a time of 23:15.4 over the 8k course to become the 10th individual SEC champion in Alabama cross country history
- His 10k time at the SEC meet was the second-fastest for a Crimson Tide runner since 2003
- Finished second at the Crimson Classic and was the Tide's top runner with a time of 23:26.4 over the 8k course. The 8k time was the second-fastest ever run at UA's Harry Pritchett Running Park
- Finished second behind teammate Gilbert Kigen at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 23:24.2 over the five-mile course
- Finished first in his Alabama debut in the open 8K race at the UC Riverside Invitational with a time of 24:23.0
2015-17 (Missouri Southern State University)
- Won back-to-back NCAA Division II 10,000 meters titles and the 2017 Division II indoor 5,000 meters championship. Also won the 2016 Division II Cross Country crown
- Two-time USTFCCCA Outdoor Regional Track & Field Athlete of the Year and 2017 USTFCCCA Indoor Regional Athlete of the Year at MSSU
- Earned 2016 USTFCCCA National Division II Cross Country Athlete of the Year honors
- Two-time USTFCCCA National Scholar-Athlete of the Year
- Set MSSU school records in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters indoors and the 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters outdoors
